I am Booratino, a wooden boy with a long nose, who was cut out of a log. (кто был вырезан из бревна) Recently ( в последнее время) I’ve learned from two fellows that there is a country of fools. There is a Field of Wonders in the Land of Fools. And if I bury a few gold coins in this field, leave it there and forget about them, a money tree will grow with golden coins on its branches in place of leaves. They said that all l have to do is bury my money my Papa Karlo has given me for my education and forget about them and they will grow into a tree by themselves. You know what… I did all I had been taught except one: I haven't forgotten about my money. So I went back to check on them and found out that all my precious golden coins were no more. I was very sad you know… so I sat down and cried… soon there was a whole pond from my tears and near it, there was a Tortilla taking a sunbath. She asked me and I told her my story. She was so old and relaxed she couldn’t get up. I helped her and she gave me her golden key. She said that this key may open any doors! So… I am very curious! The first door I opened was the door in the master’s room of my dear Papa Karlo, right behind his fireplace. It was drawn on the piece of cloth and hung hiding the door. Do you know what I found there? This device that I am holding in my hands right now. It seems working… well I’ve got only one contact here and nothing more.
