1. What I though it was before the module:
1.1. Before I ready through the module, I though that technology was just a simple as a phone or a computer or even a smart watch.
2. My idea of technology now (after reading the module) :
2.1. After reading through the module, I learned that everyone has a different definition of technology.
2.2. I also learned ( from the One Person's Look "What is Technology" youtube video) that technology isn't just the computers, or phones we use on a daily basis. Technology is things that we made to make our lives easier and more efficient.
2.2.1. Example of Technology (that isn't a machine) : a chair.
2.3. One Person's Look "What is technology?" (Montez, 2014) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Px5z-dG531c
3. Have my ideas changed? How?
3.1. My ideas or preconceived notions about technology have changed through the understanding that technology simply isn't just the machines we use in our daily life, it is also the things that humans have made that make our day-to-day life easier. In the Ted Talk video where Kevin Kelly was the speaker, he talks about how without technology, we would have to search for our found and hunt for it, but with technology, that is no longer the case.
3.1.1. I also learned that technology isn't limited to just computer when it comes to school. Technology is also used in education and has evolved over the centuries. In the Youtube Video,"The history of technology in education", the first form of technology used in 30,000 B.C.E when cave drawings were first made. This video discusses all the ways in which technology has expanded in our educational facilities and classrooms

3.2. Kevin Kelly Tells technology's epic story (Kelly, 2010) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GS1xL1qcBa4&feature=emb_title
4. Why do we need new technologies?
4.1. We need new technologies because the human race is constantly evolving and society constantly changes making new things become in demand for not only our survival but for our own leisure and pleasure.
4.1.1. Example: New cars are being made with newer things to make it more enjoyable to be in the vehicle such as heated steering, heated seats, air conditioning, etc.
4.2. Unfortunately, even though I have expanded my knowledge on what technology is, the same fact of the matter remains that even with technology expanding, we will never be fully satisfied, and that I learned from the comic strip added into the module
