2.2. One question at a time
2.2.1. Too many questions together means you have an agenda that Isn't theirs because you aren't listening to them.

3.1. Shut up after you ask one question
3.1.1. They will guide the conversation based on response.
3.2. Listening takes over the dialogue
3.2.1. What they talk about Is Imporant to them
3.3. More authentic
3.3.1. Listen to help, don't think about sounding smart.
3.4. Relationship based
3.4.1. They don't care until they know you care.
4. 4. Value
4.1. Answer their question
4.1.1. Give them a full answer and then ask another question that expands on It If It's pertinent.
4.2. Expand on their request or clarify
4.2.1. Ask a question to get clarity so you can offer a defined answer.
4.3. Leave them with something they need or want and they may not even know it
4.3.1. If you are done with the converstation let them know you'll be texting them a graphic or report that will help them.
