1. That Productive Teacher
1.1. Annual Goals
1.2. Quarterly Goals
1.2.1. Content Creation - post regularly on Instagram.
1.2.1.1. Create 1-2 new products to list in my Stan Store and TPT
1.2.2. Email List Growth - Create a new lead magnet and send bi-weekly emails to my current subscribers.
1.2.3. Increase TPT/Stan sales to at least $200/month.
1.2.4. Promote Kiss and Tell and Amazon affiliate links more actively.
1.3. Daily/Weekly/Monthly
1.3.1. DWM tasks in this area are inconsistent and I don't really have a set focus/system in place here. I know that I should be creating/posting reels, creating new products to add to my store, etc but not on any kind of schedule or done regularly.
1.4. Reoccuring Tasks
1.4.1. I don't think I have any reoccuring tasks yet in this area of my business.
1.5. Bookkeeping
1.5.1. Expenses
1.5.1.1. Stan Store: $29/month
1.5.1.2. LinkDM: $19/month
1.5.1.3. Instagram Univeristy: $250/6 months
1.6. Content Calendar
1.6.1. Inconsistent and haphazard. I have lots of ideas but rarely the time to put them together. I'm trying to post reels, stories, and emails.
1.7. Sales
1.7.1. I made less 5 sales on TPT in 2024
1.7.2. I've made 10 sales on TPT in January 2025
1.7.3. I made 0 sales on Stan in 2024.
1.7.4. I've made 73 sales on Stan in January 2025.
1.8. Leads
1.8.1. I'm generating leads through Instagram Reels but not consistently.
1.9. Customer Success/Satisfaction
1.9.1. I've had positive feedback from teachers who purchased my product when they've reached out directly to me via DM but both Stan and TpT offer limited options for feedback after a customer makes a purchase.
2. SeneGence
2.1. Annual Goals
2.1.1. I haven't really made a serious goal on this side of the buisness. It's always my goal to sell as much as a I did the previous year which I've been able to do consistently. But I'm not growing and I want to.
2.2. Quarterly Goals
2.2.1. It's currently Q4 in our company so I'm trying to reach my sales goal by the end of March. My goal is selling $7200 in retail goods.
2.3. Daily/Weekly/Monthly
2.3.1. I feel like I know what I "should" be doing but because I don't work regularly, I feel like I'm doing things as I think of and and when I find the time.
2.4. Reoccuring Tasks
2.4.1. I use Shout - a text messaging marketing app to manage customer communication and have follow up drip campaign that checks in with customers after ordering at an interval of 2 weeks, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, and 1 year.
2.4.1.1. Not exactly in love with this service. It is unreliable and I don't enjoy paying for something that only works some of the time.
2.5. Bookkeeping
2.5.1. I had a spreadsheet that I was keeping track of expenses on and doing well with it from Jan-Jun 2024 but haven't touched it since then.
2.5.2. I keep a lot of numbers/expenses "in my head" but it doesn't feel great and I really don't have a good grasp of my profit margin. My profit is always a surprise when a do my taxes.
2.5.3. Expenses related to this side of my business:
2.5.3.1. Annual distributor fee: $65
2.5.3.2. GoDaddy Domain Hosting: $32
2.5.3.3. Shout Marketing: $22/month
2.5.3.4. Shipping and supplies: $900/yearly
2.6. Content Calendar
2.6.1. I've tried so many things but nothing has ever stuck.
2.6.2. Senegence publishes a monthly calendar with things to focus in line with sales/promos but it's not very robust or helpful in terms of hitting a cadence or consistent posting schedule.
2.6.3. Posting 1-2x/week in my FB group and wanting to feature SeneGence makeup and skincare in my IG stories for @thatproductiveteacher
2.6.4. Quarterly skincare groups for new leads
2.7. Sales
2.7.1. I'm relying on current customers and repeat sales in this side of my business right now.
2.7.2. Average sales per month: $1920
2.8. Leads
2.8.1. Not doing anything to attract leads at the moment. A majority of my business is from established/repeat customers.
2.8.2. Senegence can assign new customers to me if they need a new distributor - this is randomly done through zip code. Once I get an order via my website, I reach out via Shout messaging but rarely get a reply/ackknowledgement.
2.9. Customer Success/Satisfaction
2.9.1. Most of my customers are very happy with the service I provide and the products the use. Many are long term.
2.9.2. I offer to be a personal shopper, make personalized recommendations, and provide quarterly educational workshops for new and excisting customers.
