7.1. FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1.1. Repealing Clause. — All laws, decrees, orders, rules and regulations, or portions thereof, inconsistent with this Code are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

7.1.2. Separability Clause. — In the event that any of the provisions of this Code is declared unconstitutional, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected by such declaration.

7.1.3. Effectivity. — This Code shall take effect one year after its publication in the Official Gazette.

7.1.4. DONE in the City of Manila, this 25th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Seven.
