1.1. Issues: Jason would struggle with frustration in grade 5. He struggled to keep up in class. This issue was overcame and not mentioned during his high school years
1.2. Jason had a supportive school board. He had an elementary school with caring staff as well as high school

3. Principal Perspective
3.1. My responsibility is to construct a differentiated program for Jason to participate in while in school
3.2. I am also responsible to ensure a program is in place to help transition from secondary school into the workplace or post-secondary education
3.2.1. Issue is that I must make sure that the years after grade 12 is not like regular school
3.3. I must assign the right teachers and job coaches to help Jason find connections to a workplace

6.1. ive worked with Jasons homeroom teachers and well as his assistant presourse teachers to adjust course material to suit Jason's learning sytle
6.2. Jasons Father and I support his decsions of choosing to study art in high school
6.3. When it was time for Jason to transition into high school as well as transitioning our of highschool we made sure that jason realized that this was a chance for him to grow and transform as a person
6.4. Jasons father and I support Jason and are extermely thankful for his support system\we are proud of all his accomplishments
