Rule #10: Vision trumps all other senses

1. Pictures beat text as well, in part because reading is so inefficient for us.

1.1. Our brain sees words as lots of tiny pictures, and we have to identify certain features in the letters to be able to read them.

2.3. Burn your current PowerPoint presentations and make new ones.

3. We are incredible at remembering pictures.

3.1. Hear a piece of information, and three days later you'll remember 10% of it.

3.2. Add a picture and you'll remember 65%.

4. Why is vision such a big deal to us?
