4.1. The process to know if the records can kept in the archives or not
4.2. The process to determine the value of records
4.3. Identify the status of records either for temporary or permanent storage
5. Accessioning
5.1. The process of transfering the records from organisation to archive
5.2. Will involve the task documenting receipt and acceptence of records inti archivies custody

6.1. Archives officers should have a proper training in administrating archives
6.2. Every archives institution has provideol outreach program that may help to seek attention of public awareness on archives service
