1. Analysis
1.1. First of all in the analysis part, we know that the instructional goals and objectives are very established also instructional problem is very extended and the learning sphere and learner’s existing knowledge and skills are have to be identified.
1.1.1. Instructor (teacher)
1.1.2. Resources
1.1.3. Instructional Goals
1.1.4. Technology to be used
1.1.5. Targeting Audience
1.1.6. Making a long term plan
2. Development
2.1. The development part is where the developers assemble and create the content assets that were created in the design phase. Programmers work to develop or integrate technologies.
2.1.1. Revising resources
2.1.2. Identifying and implement 3rd Party resources
2.1.3. Developing Activities
2.1.4. Developing resources
2.1.5. Test in identified technologies
2.1.6. Run pilot testing
3. Design
3.1. Now in the design part contains learning objectives and outcomes, instruments, content, assessment(exam), exercises, subject topics analysis, syllabus and media selection etc.
3.1.1. Making measurable outcomes
3.1.2. Activity Types
3.1.3. Storyboard
3.1.4. Identifying how Learning Analytics will be captured
4. Implementation
4.1. In the implementation part, a procedure for training the facilitators and the learners is developed. The facilitators’ training should cover the course curriculum, learning outcomes, method of delivery, and testing procedures.
4.1.1. Providing support
4.1.2. Completing assessments
4.1.3. Deliver training
5. Evaluation
5.1. At last the evaluation phase consists of two parts: formative and calculative. Formative evaluation is present in each stage of the ADDIE process. Calculative evaluation consists of tests designed for domain specific criterion-related referenced items and providing opportunities for feedback from the users
5.1.1. Comparing qualitative with quantitative data
5.1.2. Reviewing learning analytics
5.1.3. Share results with others
