1. Why observe?

1.1. As it was said till the beginning, this improves the abilities of the one who observes, but only works if you improve first your observation :D

2. What are the goals?

2.1. Improve yourself, you'll need to see what are the problems, advantages and disadvantages of what you've learned so far during your degree, only a real situation will show you.

3.1. A tool to improve teachers or trainees to improve their own skills.

4. Who observes?

4.1. Trainees, beginner teachers, expert teachers (cough cough). It's more like a reciprocal process.
