2. 3. Exploring Proteins
2.1. Protein Purification
2.1.1. 1. Ion exchange- separate by pI
2.1.2. at a pH of 9, Proteins A, C, F will come out last (Separate in 2 groups)
2.1.3. 2. Dialysis/filtration for mass, pore size will be 70kD and 30kD, proteins A & C will come out first and F will come out next and isolated.
2.1.4. Then I will use Hydroxyapetite to exclude by subunit between A &C
2.1.5. Lastly I will do Affinity Chromatography to separate B, D, from E where D will be bound since it was glycosylated and dilute filtrate one last time at 30kD to get B away from E
