1. Orientation
1.1. Werner Erwin Laloan was born on the 27th of April 1973, Duri.
1.2. He was the eldest of three, with his younger brothers Pierre and Valerie.
1.3. His father, Lawrence Daniel Laloan was a nurse in the hospital in the Chevron complex.
1.4. And his mother, Maria Asumpta Suhani, too was a nurse in the Chevron complex.
1.5. He lived his whole childhood within the Chevron complex, experiencing an easier life.
2. Series of Events
2.1. Education
2.1.1. He went to SD Cendana Minas as his primary education, and went to SMP Cendana Minas for his middle school.
2.1.2. He then went to SMA Rumbai as his highschool and graduated on the year 1992.
2.1.3. He then went to Trisakti University, Jakarta for college and took a major in electronical engineering.
2.1.4. It was there he met his future wife, a Javanese woman named Mardia Dewandini.
2.1.5. He then went on to graduate from Trisakti University on the year 1997.
2.2. Marriage Life
2.2.1. He was married to Mardia Dewandini on the 24th of June 2000.
2.2.2. They then went on to have three children, starting with Michelle Jovita who was born on the 27th of June 2001.
2.2.3. They then had two more after Michelle which were, Michael Kevin on the 25th of January 2005, and Matthea Berenice on the 29th of April 2009.
2.2.4. They moved to Pekanbaru before their second child, Michael, was born.
2.3. Adult Life
2.3.1. He started working as an entrepreneur, in the early days, he worked with several companies in the infrastructure industry.
2.3.2. Though later on, he would face problems with his company and his company slowly dissipated.
2.3.3. With his company rendered inactive, he started working in other fields of work, trying his best to fund his family.
2.3.4. After a while, he worked again as an entrepreneur and started more infrastructure projects with his new co-workers.
