Organize campaigns to promote decent work in DLP.

1. Educate Workers on digitalization

1.1. Organize programs on developing computer literacy among workers

1.2. Conduct activities and workshops on the theme digitalization focusing the future of work.

2. Promote Social Dialogue

2.1. Building the commitment of employers and workers to the joint action with governments needed to set a solid basis on social dialogue, as a vital instrument in inspiring confidence

2.2. Open discussion, concertation (on-going tripartite dialogue), exchanges of opinions, consultation and negotiation (agreements /common opinions).

3. Create awareness programs

3.1. Make workers know the importance of DLP

3.2. Ensure that DLP in the workplace is recognized as a full employment

4. Recognize Worker's Rights in DLP

4.1. Bring into attention that worker's rights in DLP is equal to workers' rights in other platform. For example: Engaging in protests.
