2. 3 Types of Conditionals

2.1. First Conditional

2.1.1. Talking about something we will do in the future, likely to happen

2.1.1.1. Making a real statement.

2.2. Second Conditional

2.2.1. Talking about something that will not likely happen or unreal

2.2.1.1. Making a hypothetical statement.

2.3. Third Conditional

2.3.1. Talking about something that did or did not happen in the past

2.3.1.1. Reflecting, looking back on things.

3. Punctuation

3.1. If I work hard now, I will grow up to be a successful person.

3.2. I will grow up to be a successful person if I work hard now.

3.3. I will grow up, if I work hard now, to be a successful person.

4. What are they?

4.1. We use them to talk about situations (real or unreal)

4.3. The sentence structure - made up of two clauses with a conjunction.

4.3.1. The main clause and the subordinate clause (also known as the conditional clause in this case)

4.3.2. If I work hard now, I will grow up to be a successful person.

4.3.3. The conjunction IF is used

4.3.3.1. Sometimes the conjunction UNLESS is used

4.3.3.1.1. Unless I work hard now, I will not grow up to be a successful person.
