Why it is important to be aware of diversity issues

1. Also because if you are aware of diversity issues you could see people in a different light.

2. Maybe if you are aware people will repect you more than before.

3. It is important because if you are doing a report on someone you could accidentlly insult them.

4. If you are report you need to be aware because someone can take what you say to them and it could hurt even if you didn't mean to.
