Skype with the class in ADW... discuss the why we do service projects, connection with faith, how it makes them feel, does it change them as a person- This can be a concluding activity after each school shares collaboration projects they created OR as a starter for creating a collaboration project where students from different schools work together to make an end product

11.1. We have connected service projects with the Acts of Mercy- I already have teachers who said they would LOVE this

12. At BSS, we have an 8th grade group called the Christ Care Corp who spearhead projects in the school and spend time after school going to shelters and doing other acts of service

13. At BSS we also do a school-wide service project, usually during Lent, that we call Labors of Love. Every student is encourage to do chores for which their parents would give them $2. We spend time discussing how many people in the world live on $2 or less a day and suggest that the chores they choose be particularly onerous ones.
