1. How
1.1. By obtaining a masters degree in Educational Technology, I will be able to better help myself, my coworkers, and my students.
1.2. By attending this class and listening to my fellow students, I will be exposed to new applications and programs that I am not familiar with.
1.3. By exploring and evaluating new applications, websites, and programs, I will be able to find what I need to help my students and my coworkers.
2. Learned
2.1. I have learned how to create a webquest. This will not only help my students, but also help my coworkers teach their students. It will help them because I plan on teaching them how to create a webquest.
2.2. I have learned some great websites that would be beneficial to my students and colleges.
2.3. I have discovered new ways to have my kids interact with technology, such as using webquest, google presentation, Inspiration, and other great sites.
3. Know
3.1. I know how to use Smartboard Technology
3.1.1. I can create a presentation.
3.1.2. I can use the preloaded games with my students.
3.1.3. I can create my own games using buttons, links to other pages and sites.
3.1.4. I can incorporate eclickers with my lessons to get immediate feedback on my students knowledge
3.2. I know how to use and incorporate Microsoft Office (such as word and powerpoint) into my lessons to help my students understand the material.
3.3. I know how to use Reading 3D.
3.3.1. This program is used to assess students phonics, fluency, word recognition, and comprehension.
3.3.2. I use this program to create small groups, and use the data to teach my students where they need the most help.
3.4. I know how to use PowerSchool.
3.4.1. I use this prgoram to take attendace and insert grades.
