1. Phsically when someone is apathtic they slouch, don't talk much, emotionless, blank look in the eyes, and being unattentive.
2. Mentally when someone is apathtic they aren't happy, maybe sad/depressed, can't concentrate, lack empathy.
3. Socially when someone is apathtic they dont talk to the friends/family/loved ones, dont praticeipate in anything, and cut them selfs off from everything.
