1. Immigration
1.1. Mexicans, Asians, Blacks, Italians and Jews were seen as racially inferior.
1.1.1. Mexicans were required to pay tax fees and quotas were implemented to stop the flow of Mexicans.
1.2. Italians and Jews were later given white privilege.
2. Voting Rights
2.1. Rules and regulations were implemented for blacks which made it difficult to vote.
2.1.1. Poll tax and literacy tests.
2.2. They did not have a say on the ballot.
3. Housing
3.1. Many GI's came back home in hopes to purchase a home.
3.2. Non-blacks were restricted to purchase homes in the suburbs
4. Jim Crow Laws
4.1. A system that segregated whites from blacks. This avoided bonding between each group.
4.1.1. This controlled the newly found freedom of ex-slaves.
