4. What is Jihad?

4.1. The arabic word for war is: "al-harb"

4.2. Jihad is an arabic word that translated to Holy War.

4.3. It means struggling or striving

4.4. It can refer to internal as well as external efforts to be a good Muslims or believer, as well as working to inform people about the faith of Islam.

4.5. it can be performed using anything from legal, diplomatic and economic to political means.
