2.1. Role: Hold and manage the resources donated according to the donors´ desire.

2.2. Want: A % of the value held for professional services. (Usually 0.25% when withdraw)

2.3. Have: 501c3 Status (If non profit). Professional Managers

3.1. Role: Select the beneficiaries, Onboard users, Provides accountability.

3.2. Want: To fulfill its mission (if non profit); A % ( <1% ) of the value when distributed or exchanged from crypto to fiat for the merchants.

4. Merchants

4.1. Role: Sell products and services to beneficiaries

4.2. Want: To make money.

4.3. Have: Smartphones with slow internet.

5.1. Role: Receive the resources; Be accountable on how they used it.
