1. Fan loyalty is also a factor which I found from looking back at this video, she states that she would buy an album to "support" the artist.

2. The artist them self is also being an important factor, the source makes a point in saying that they would only buy an album for their favourite artist.

3. Technology being a reason why the source did not buy CD's in store but also the online age making free music accessible to all audience's.
