1. I have walk on my toes for a very long time. One day when I was in 7th grade Mr.Barron saw me and ask me if i would to try running track

2. Teamwork

2.1. When I'm at practice my team is right there beside me to cheer me on. If I don't get first place my team is still proud of me. After I fell at my first track race I kept going.

5. Strength

5.1. Ever time time i get on the field i feel stronger and more confident. I know my strengths and weakness.

I love winning, sometimes i hard seeing your other team member get a medals. I don't need one cause i know to do my best and i have a trophy to prove it.

6. Sportsnution

6.1. One time when I was at a track meet. The team brought a lot of snacks.

6.1.1. If your event hasn't begin yet you can chill and rest till they called you.

7. My experience

7.1. I chose track because it somethings that i have experience in. I feel like track is like a family to me because the coaches are away there to help me.

7.1.1. I started track last years year,it was hard at first but i kept going.

7.1.1.1. My schedule is Tuesday,Wednesday,and Thursday fro 5:30 to 7:00.

8. What is track?

8.1. Track is for all ages 7-20 that involve running , throwing, and distance.

8.1.1. I run the 100 which means that I run the straight away.

10. Fitness

10.1. Track is good excise but it can help you lose fat.
