2.1.1.1. Creating interesting and creative lessons will grab students attention. Trying lessons that ask for volunteers or hands on lessons will better attract a student to what they are learning.

3.1.1. How much time is the teacher actually teaching vs how much time the students are engaging in productive conversations about the lessons?

3.1.1.1. Redirecting my teaching methods to allow a more student based teaching can help provide a more productive and engaging lesson.

4. Social/Emotional Needs

4.1. Is the teacher addressing the needs of her students while also providing lessons?

4.1.1. Are the students being heard or is the teacher neglecting their needs?
