3.1. works to provide policies and aid to support the needs of the support services to plan for students with exceptionalities

3.1.1. provides opportunities for outside sources to support students, families and educators

4. SEAC

4.1. Support the funding of programming for students

4.2. Evaluates the program planning for special needs programs

4.2.1. works with school boards to provide input on needs for exceptional students
