2. DETERMINE ASSESSMENT/EVIDENCE

2.1. Students "dress for success", make copies of their resumes that are made available, and participate in a 15 minute mock interview session via Zoom at the end of the semester - these are conducted by LTC volunteer faculty and staff using the following evaluation packet (Volunteers are instructed to use Round ONE questions and if interview is going well, to proceed to Round TWO questions) https://docs.google.com/document/d/1dhVAsrC8FTUu9PUApwAe6pUTZnvxs5hQ1GB51T8hpmQ/edit?usp=sharing

2.2. Evaluation forms are collected and uploaded/returned to students to review. Feedback is discussed with students if requested.

2.3. Based on the quality of students' final resume submissions, their mock interview assessment, and final reflections, evidence of desired results will be determined.

3. IDENTIFY DESIRED RESULTS

3.1. Students will create a professional resume

3.2. Students will demonstrate effective and professional communication skills

3.3. Students will learn to and understand "dress for success" for mock interviews and other professional situations

3.4. Students will participate confidently in a mock interview session (for the purposes of this assignment, interviews will be tailored to a basic, and very generic entry level postion - not a specific job)
