Rhyming

1. Repetition/phonetic rhymes/rhyming words

1.1. Rhyming the end sounds but they do not have to be relevant to each other

1.2. Make sure students understand that they just have to sound the same. They do not have to be spelled the same

2. Poetry Rhymes

2.1. Introduce to students poetry and have the rhymes be coherent to each other

2.2. Have students create their own poem, and allow them read it to the class if they want

3. Rhyming with a specific category

3.1. Give students a specific rubric. Rhyme with words found in a home, or classroom, etc...

3.2. Allow students to be able to create their own category and try to find rhymes on their own.
