4.1. Goal: to make use of space as seamless as possible for teachers & classes
4.2. Pre-building Responsibilities
4.2.1. workout way to schedule space useage
4.2.2. generate general materials wish list
4.2.3. generate specialized materials wish list
4.2.4. create list of materials OKed to be ordered for fall
4.2.5. visit Child Care Council Recycle Shop
4.2.6. rough out a plan for organization of materials w/students (via Student Council)
4.2.7. begin to generate potential list for projects via meeting w /teacher grade level or sub area teams
4.3. On Site Building Responsiblities
4.3.1. manage space usuage
4.3.2. ensure materials organization
4.3.3. ready site for incoming groups
4.3.4. take orders (or wish list) for materials
4.3.5. locate resources related to projects
4.3.6. be another faculty member on site which will allow US or MS kids more time to pursue independent work in the project space
4.4. Additional Possiblities
4.4.1. Work with small LS groups with 3D printer at teacher request
4.4.2. As needed, provide design process mentoring
4.4.3. Connect w/students archiving Commons' activities for proposed student run wiki site
4.4.4. be video archivist of project site use
