3. Linking cities through narratives

3.1. The idea is to encourage people to create short videos in personal/community response to GSS issues as seen in local contest, then share these videos among cities or communities. The videos can be shown in science cafes at a public space with moderation, so to stimulate second dialogues about global connections and implications on local coditions and viceversa. Out of such dialogues and video reflections, a set of emerging narratives emerge and can be thus captured.
