2.2. Plan ahead so you can improve a promising new employee's collaborative skills from the very beginning
3. Companies have mostly rewarded achievement based leaders that have total control
3.1. New flatter matrix structures require collaboration, this means that leaders need to sometimes give ground for the greater good and not hold on to their own benefits
3.1.1. This clashes with the Achievement centered approach they have been rewarding over the past decades!
