4.4. Liaise with Business Affairs, A&R Administration, outside partners, their attorneys, representatives and auditors to address issues.
4.5. Assist in the preparation of Budgets and Estimates for joint venture related items

5.1. Provide general administrative support (filing, faxing, photocopying) for business & legal Affairs
5.2. Tracking contractual rights and coordinating information with Finance Department
5.3. Schedule meetings, conference calls, prepare expense reports
5.4. Legal document preparation
5.5. Set-up organize and maintain departmental files
