1. Explore the Alternatives -To approach a teacher for help -Resolving the problem with him/her respectfully

2. Consider the Consequences If I were to approach the teacher for help, the peer might start targeting me more in the future. If I were to try to resolve the problem with him/her, it should overall end well. Here, the chances of success would be higher.

3. Identify your Values The values of mine is to respect others and myself when deciding on different actions through out my life together while maintaining safety in my life

4. Decide and Act Overall, I fount the best choice is to approach the peer and to talk about it respectfully while trying to minimise the conflict between ourselves. Using this method, it should most likely solve the problem without affecting both of our lives

5. Evaluate the Results With the results shown, this method would no longer affect our daily lives in the future with the conflict solved
