1.1. Helps recruit and fill job opportunities within the organization
1.2. Provides training for employees on workplace safety and compliance
1.3. Handles health benefits and negotiates wages for employees

2.1. Searches new talent for possible label consideration and also listens to demo submissions by artists
2.2. Assists artists currently signed to or working with the label to establish their own personal brand or to help promote it (ie. landing interviews or any public press)
2.3. Network with other labels/artists signed to other labels or unsigned for future business
3. Accounting
3.1. Responsible for financial reporting deadlines are met
3.2. Organizes and maintains financial data of the company
