Vision Door Mind Map: Vision

1. What's possible when we win?

1.1. Matthew 17:20

1.1.1. He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”

1.1.2. Because of the interconnectivity of the Universe there is a balance of people with mustard seeds of disbelief

1.1.2.1. What is possible once we are in a community of people who believe in us?

1.1.2.1.1. Philippians 4:13

2. Why fight this war?

2.1. Revelation 7:9-17

2.1.1. After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. 10 And they cried out in a loud voice: “Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.” 11 All the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures. They fell down on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, 12 saying: “Amen! Praise and glory and wisdom and thanks and honor and power and strength be to our God for ever and ever. Amen!” 13 Then one of the elders asked me, “These in white robes—who are they, and where did they come from?” 14 I answered, “Sir, you know.” And he said, “These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15 Therefore, “they are before the throne of God and serve him day and night in his temple; and he who sits on the throne will shelter them with his presence. 16 ‘Never again will they hunger; never again will they thirst. The sun will not beat down on them,’[a] nor any scorching heat. 17 For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; ‘he will lead them to springs of living water.’[b] ‘And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.

2.1.1.1. We go through struggle because the promise of being in the presence of God is the fulfillment of all our desires

3. Life Changing Results are not possible without alignment

3.1. You can only control the thoughts you make, the images you visualize, and the actions you take

3.1.1. Each impacts the other

3.1.2. We have a civil war being waged in our minds

3.1.3. How do we deal with it?

4. Takeaway

4.1. Consciously consider your purpose, character and attitude while doing a physical activity routine in order to align the more powerful subconscious with the conscious

5. Definition

5.1. the act or power of sensing with the eyes; sight.

5.2. the act or power of anticipating that which will or may come to be: prophetic vision; the vision of an entrepreneur.

5.3. an experience in which a personage, thing, or event appears vividly or credibly to the mind, although not actually present, often under the influence of a divine or other agency

5.4. something seen or otherwise perceived during such an experience

5.5. a vivid, imaginative conception or anticipation: visions of wealth and glory.

5.5.1. This is the definition we focus on for this study

6. How to view and handle our internal struggle between conscious and subconcsious

6.1. We're born into a sin nature

6.1.1. Romans 7:14

6.1.1.1. We know that the law is spiritual; but I am unspiritual, sold as a slave to sin.

6.1.2. Romans 7:15

6.1.2.1. I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do.

6.1.3. Romans 7:16-19

6.1.3.1. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. 17 As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. 18 For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature.[a] For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. 19 For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing.

6.2. In Christ we have dominion over sin

6.2.1. Romans 6:14-18

6.2.1.1. For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace. What then? Shall we sin because we are not under the law but under grace? By no means! 16 Don’t you know that when you offer yourselves to someone as obedient slaves, you are slaves of the one you obey—whether you are slaves to sin, which leads to death, or to obedience, which leads to righteousness? 17 But thanks be to God that, though you used to be slaves to sin, you have come to obey from your heart the pattern of teaching that has now claimed your allegiance. 18 You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness.

6.2.2. Romans 6:22

6.2.2.1. 22 But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life.

6.2.3. We are not trapped by our sin nature

6.2.3.1. Romans 8:6

6.2.3.1.1. The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.

6.3. We have hope

6.3.1. Romans 8:2-3

6.3.1.1. because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you[a] free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh,[b] God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering.[c] And so he condemned sin in the flesh,

6.3.2. Romans 8:12-14

6.3.2.1. Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation—but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it. 13 For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live. 14 For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.

6.3.3. Jesus' death saves us

6.3.3.1. Romans 6:1

6.3.3.1.1. What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase?
