2.1.4. Get students to engage in letter and sound sequences

2.1.5. Have students say the letters when presented with their letter shape and sounds. Have them sing the alpabet to the best of their ability.

2.2.1. Have the students learn the letter sequence of the ABC's

2.2.2. Recognize the letter symbols (with the help of flashcards, pictures, and books)

2.2.3. Be able to figure out what the first letter of their names start with

3.1.1. Morning Stretches

3.1.2. Help their mental health of the heart, body, mind and soul, get them to know exactly why exercise is important for ones daily activity.

3.1.3. Help to get their blood flowing and get them energized.

3.1.4. Morning stretches

3.1.5. Get in a area where there is plenty of space for the students to move around, have them copy the stretches that you are doing.

3.1.6. Ask the students why we stretch in the mornings and what the stretch helps with in the body.

3.2.1. Have the students engage in this every morning

3.2.2. Have the students realize the importance in participating in daily exercises.

3.3.1. A stretchy band, hula hoops,

4. Map

4.1. Notes

4.1.1. Places of the Reserve

4.1.2. Have students recognize these places around their hometown and what they are there for.

4.1.3. Have the students realize where these places are and what they look like.

4.1.4. Google Maps with pictures of important places, along with useful places (youth center)

4.1.5. Pull up a picture that I have uploaded, or point to a spot on the map and have them tell me what place that might be, and what it is used for.

4.2. Objectives

4.2.1. Have the students recognize that we have these places on the reserve.

4.2.2. Have the students recognize and tell me what they are used for, why we have them built in our hometown.

4.2.3. Have the students learn where they are located.

4.3. Resources

4.3.3. A dark-ish room where the students are able to see the projected map clearly.

5. Pull up my customized Google Map on a projector and ask the students what type of buildings we have in the reserve and what they may be used for, showing them on the map where they are and going into a little more detail. Show them the rest of the places and explain what we have these resources for as well.
