2.3.1. WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE ZEBRA STRONG METHOD

2.3.1.1. From each step in the program you will perform exercises that will activate and engage the deep stabilizing muscle system

2.3.2. WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE BEGINNER LEVEL?

2.3.2.1. In the beginning phases we will lay a functional movement foundation that will prepare you to the rest of the program. We will work together to learn all essential moves and become familiarized with the movement patters and sensations in your body and how to activate and engage your muscles. This phase focuses on controlled movement patterns in different positions and different directions, using proper body mechanics. With each exercise session you will gain better understanding of your movement habits and how it feels when moving.

2.3.3. WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE INTERMEDIATE LEVEL?

2.3.3.1. In this level we will build upon the previous movement patterns and movements and learn how to engage the muscles in a deeper level as well add some more functional complex movements based on your needs. We will also introduce you to a greater range of motion and more angles of movement going from a two dimensional pattern to a three-dimensional patter, including more dynamic exercises for proprioception and balance

2.3.4. WHAT CAN I EXPECT THE ADVANCED LEVEL?

2.3.4.1. In this level we will start focusing more on the pelvis and hip stability in standing dynamic positions. The exercises here will involve the entire body, a few movements in open-chain pattern, for better awareness and control. In this level you will also learn how to identify your limits and when progressions can be incorporated to continue to move forward.

2.3.5. HOW TO KNOW WHERE TO START?

2.3.5.1. Because we created this program to build on itself as layers you will always start at the beginner level. The Zebra Strong Method is unique to any other program and requires time and focus to understand and perfect each movement, by focusing primarily on y our form and how your body responds to the new movements

2.3.6. CAN YOU START THE PROGRAM WITHOUT BEING CLEARED BY A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL?

2.3.6.1. We strongly recommend that you consult your physical therapist or physician to make sure you can start any exercise program. We also offer video consultations and live visits at our headquarters to establish your baseline and help you stack the exercises that best will work for you

2.3.7. HOW QUICKLY SHOULD I PERCEIVE ANY PROGRESS?

2.3.7.1. Each level should last at least 60 days and in some cases up to 90 days is considered normal, it will all depend on your baseline when getting started

2.3.8.1. 8 DAYS FOUNDATION SERIES

2.3.8.1.1. In this series you will learn the essentials to be able to use the Zebra Strong Program safely and understand how to set up all the foundational positions that make all the difference on your progress.

2.3.8.2. 7 DAYS STABILITY

2.3.8.2.1. This is a week long program designed to reboot your system and give you a basic level of muscle activation and initial joint stability, helping you to sit and stand taller and feel a little more stable in just a few short routines

2.3.8.3. 60 DAYS ACTIVATION AND STABILITY

2.3.8.3.1. This 60 days program is designed to deliver full body muscle activation and joint stability results, starting with the most basic foundational movements and slowly progressing to more advanced and challenging movements. Here we will start using specific equipment and focus on form. We will help you to slowly achieve better movement control and physical performance.
