1. Movement
1.1. Conches, nudibranchs, and land slugs use slime and a foot that is on the entire bottom part of their body to move around.

2.1. Many are hermaphroditic and lay between 12 to 50,000 eggs
2.2. eggs hatch in warm soil and water. Eggs hatch in water in 18 to 20 days depending on temps
3. Circulation
3.1. Gastropods have an open circulatory system. They have a heart like organ that pumps blood throughout the body.
4. Anatomy
4.1. All gastropods have soft bodies because they are in the phylum molluska. A majority have shells for protection and all of them have eye stalks. Some have a skirt or a foot that are used for movement. Gastropods also have a mantle that contains many organs or also assists in respiration.

6.1. Some have one set of tentacles, while others have sets of two
6.1.1. All gastropods have tentacles which gives them many of their senses like seeing, feeling, tasting, and smelling .

7.1. Gastropods breath through their gills and some have lungs to breath on land. Some breath through their skin.
