1. Why is this a wrong thing?

1.1. This is not correct, because drugs increase red blood cells and athlet’s aerobic capacity improve. In fact there is always doping testing in sport competitions.

2.1. This is not fair in sport, which is connected to fair play, and it includes many values like respect, friendship, equality, fair competition, team spirit e all of others unwritten rules such as tolerance and solidarity. And all this leads to fair competition, without doping.

4. What is it?

4.1. Doping is the use of drugs in sport among athletes. For example steroids, because they help athletes in their performances, to become fast and very strong

5. Examples of famous people who use drugs

5.1. There are two importants examples of athletes who do doping.

5.1.1. In 2000, Marion Jones won three gold medals at the Summer Olympic Games in Sydney, but she had used steroids. So she was arrested and went to prison for six months, her victories were all annulled and she couldn’t being part of a competition for the next two year.

5.1.2. Instead, Ben Johnson, from Canada, in 1987 set a world record in the 100 metre dash in Rome. In 1988, he set a new record at the Summer Olympics in Seoul, but he was positive to steroids. He himself admitted in all honesty that he had used in some others events. His records were revoked.
