PRINCIPLE OF TRAINING
by hadif shakir
1. What Is physical
1.1. > relating to the body, relating to anthropometry and somatotype
2. The 11 principle of training is:
3. 1. Readiness
3.1. The training value will be affected by the readiness of the athlete The young athlete anaerobic are ineffective, not enough training must be develop and fun
4. 2. Individual response
4.1. Different athlete different response of the same training, different of heredity, maturation, fitness, nutrition and more, the amount of rest effect our energy and growth development
5. 3. Adaptation
5.1. It takes time athlete to adapt the training, by trying to rush the training i will risk to illness and injury , training always body will adapt the stress and easy to do it
6. 4. Overload
6.1. Working beyond the one we use to be doing , example our training must be harder than usual, example training method strength increase training load, number of sets
7. 5. Progression
7.1. Moving forward or advancing towards the training step by step athlete must follow the principle of progression , from general to specific, the part to the whole, quantity to quality, simple to complex, less to more, light to heavy
8. 6. Specificity
8.1. The training load must be specific to both individual athlete and demand of their chosen event specific training bring specific result , example you cant get strength of muscle when do endurance
9. 7. Variation
9.1. Variation type of training will bring happening in training, variation will avoid the boredom in training,
10. 8. reversibility
10.1. If the athlete do not continue their training or take a rest for a long time
11. 9. Volume
11.1. The amount of work perform in training session dependent upon type of training, example, increase duration of training,
12. 10. Rest
12.1. Time spent to allow body to recuperate and regenerate after training example, rest between 48 to 72 hours resistance training
13. 11. intensity
13.1. Degree of stress imposed on the body system to yield the necessary acute physiological changes, example heart rate for cardiovascular training
