2. Formative Evaluation, are we meeting the goals and objectives as determined in the analysis, design stages.
3. Implement
3.1. Train the instructors if necessary
3.2. Train the learners
3.2.1. Inform the learners of the course objectives
3.2.2. Inform the learners of course structure
3.2.3. Inform the learners of what is required to pass the course,
4. Evaluation
4.1. An evaluation of the completed project and its success must be conducted. The results can be gathered by polls, surveys, or based on the real world performance of the learners.
4.2. Design the vehicle in which the evaluations will be collected
5. Design
5.1. what are the learning objectives? i.e. the learner will know how to operate a piece of machinery, use a computer program
5.2. Assessment Instruments will the user be given a test to demonstrate their profiency?
5.3. Exercises, what kind of exercises will we have the learner do. Hands on, activities, written quizzes

5.4.1. Do we need workbooks, textbooks, a handout
5.4.1.1. What will we cover? is this a high level overview, are we delving deep into the subject matter
5.5. Lesson planning
5.5.1. how do we divide the information so it makes sense into chunks for optimal learning
5.6. Media Selection
5.6.1. In person classroom training
5.6.1.1. Solely online training
5.6.1.1.1. Self paced?
