The Panthers shop offers many forms of shipping depending on the speed you want it to get to your house. They also offer locker pickup, which is picking it up at the team store. This is only eligible if you have a NC/SC state address.

3.1. The company sells its products on their online website, shop.panthers.com. They also have their very own team store located right outside their stadium in Charlotte, NC.

4.1. One way that the company can get customers satisfaction data from customers is through customer reviews. If you sign up for the Panthers email, they will also occasionally send surveys. They use all platforms of social media.

5.1. Three products my company sells are jerseys, shirts, and hats. In the past year, they have improved their jersey selection because they have added the new rookie jerseys to their store.

6.1. The average jersey costs about $100, the average for shirts range from $25-40, and hats are around $25. They do have one jersey on sale which is $20 ($80 off of the original price).
7. Promotion
7.1. One sales promotion that is going on right now is the "Preseason Deal" which is free shipping on all orders above $50. No coupon code is required for this.
