1. Eukaryotic Cells: have internal membrane organelles.
1.1. Plasma Membrane: Regulates movement in and out the cell.
1.2. Cytoplasm: Surrounds the nucleus.
1.3. Mitochondrion: Cell's energy tower.
1.4. Nucleus: Contains the DNA and cell activity.
1.5. Nucleolus: Produces components of RNA.
1.6. Ribosome: Where protein synthesis begins.
1.7. Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum: Produces membranse and has ribosomes all around it.
1.8. Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum: Detoxifies drugs and produces membranes.
1.9. Golgi Comples: Organizes and produces proteins.
1.10. Microfilament: Muscle contraction and cell division.
1.11. Microtubule: Maintains the cells shape and shows which vesicles move.
1.12. Centrioles: Can function in cell division.
1.13. Lysosome: Digests and destroys old cells and things brought into the cell.
2. Prokaryotic Cells: lack internal membrane organelles.
2.1. Plasma Membrane: Regulates movement in and out the cell.
