2.1. Vetoes and agreements between branches based on different actions of other branches of the government.
3. Executive

3.1.1. Makes treaties with other countries.
3.1.2. Can veto bills passed on Congress.
3.1.3. Appoints judge for Supreme Court.
3.1.4. Writes the budget for the U.S.
3.2. Enforce laws in practice.
4. Legislative
4.1. Congress
4.1.1. Makes laws.
4.1.2. Can override the President veto.
4.1.3. Can impeach the current president.
4.2. Make laws.
5. Judiciary
5.1. Supreme Courts, etc.
5.1.1. Can determine if laws are constitutional.
