1. Why Do Students Have Behaviors?

1.1. They are in pain or uncomfortable

1.2. There is something they want and are not geting

1.3. They are trying to receive attention

2. What Do You Do if a Student is Behaving?

2.1. Identify why that students is having a behavior

2.2. Figure out what you can do to resolve why that student is behaving

2.3. Remain calm and collected (do not show you are upset or scared)

3. How to prevent a behavior?

3.1. Catch the warning signs that the student is getting upset

3.2. Try to keep the student calm and return the student to a normal way of acting for that student
