1. Moral Code

1.1. The New Testament talks about morals a lot. It says "Rejoice and be exceeding glad"among other rules and morals you should follow. The New Testament claims that if you do these things it tells you to do, you will get into heaven. These are morals that are displayed and asked to follow in the Christian religion. Another example is in the Islamic Five Pillars of Faith. In that document it says "A Muslim must acknowledge that there is no God but Allah... Each Muslim give charity and help the needy." These are two examples of morals that Muslim people must follow. This is their code, something they must do.

2. Understanding of Life

2.1. In Buddhism, there is a document/prophecy/text that talks about the For Noble Truths regarding suffering. Suffering is very important in this religion because a Buddhist's end goal is Nirodha, the freedom from suffering. This helps them understand life, and understand suffering, which is a human characteristic. The document reads: "[Suffering] is this craving that leads to renewed existence." This shows an understanding of life for Buddhists, they believe they know where this came from, why it's happening, and more. The text also says: "birth is suffering, illness is suffering,death... sorrow... grief... are suffering." This shows that suffering is a thing you all experience, and something Buddhists want freedom from. This idea of suffering being universal is life's origin story for Buddhists.

3. Peaceful Coexistence

3.1. Peaceful coexistence is most present in the Hindu religion. Peaceful coexistence is so important to them because they follow the Caste System. The Caste System divides every Hindu into a class; it gives them a status. For example, "The priestly class", the Brahmins, are the highest class, which means they are the wealthiest and have the best access and materials. The very bottom class is made up of "3,000 sub-castes, with the untouchables at the bottom." The untouchables are the people that are the poorest, most uneducated, and the ones with the worst access and materials. The farmers, workers, doctors, and other professions fall somewhere in between. This relates to Peaceful Coexistence because in he Hindu religion, there aren't relations between the castes, or any kind of conflict. The developers of this system figured it would help keep people in their place. Another (less harsh) example of Peaceful Coexistence is in the Christian and Jewish religions, with the Ten Commandments. The Ten Commandments includes rules like "You shall not kill"and "You shall not give false evidence against your neighbor", and "You shall not commit adultery". These are ways that Jews and Christians stay in good relations with people, this is how they peacefully coexist with others.
