1.1. The Atlantic watershed carries water from wich flow into Atlantic ocean. The Galician rivers are short whit haigh water flows. The plateau rivers are long with irregular water flows.

1.2. The most inportant rivers in Atlantic watershed are: Tambre, Ulla, Miño, Duero, Tajo, Guadiana, Odiel, Tinto, Guadalquivir and Guadalete.

2. CANTABRIAN WATERSHED

2.1. The Cantabrian watershed carries water from the river wich flow into the Cantabrian sea. They are rivers with a large water flow bwcause of high precipitation.

2.2. The most inportant rivers in cantabrian watershed are: Bidesoa, Idiazabal, Besaya,Saya, Nalon, Navia and Eo.

3. MEDITERRANEAN WATERSHED

3.1. The Mediterranean watershed carries water from the rivers wich flow into the Mediterranean sea. Rivers are short with low irregular flows.

3.2. The most important rivers in this watershed are: Guadalhorce, Seura, Jucar, Turia, Mijares, Ebro and Ter.
