1. Is it possible to make the product environment friendly and how?

1.1. Why?

1.2. Its important to take environmental factors into consideration when creating a product as its important for the product to be environmentally friendly. This ensures that the product won't do any harm to the environment and it is reusable or can be recycled. If a product such as plastic is used rather than something degradable, it can still be recycled or turned into other processes such as jet fuel. This will show our customers that we care about the environment as much as they do.

1.3. How?

1.4. There can be ways to ensure the product is environmentally friendly, its just that it will require more effort. For example, we have 2 options which are either use materials which are biodegradable or have the customers recycle the product. The first option is not viable as we might be using plastic such as ABS. However the 2nd option can be done, by simply making an agreement with a recycling plant. We can have the customers send the product back to us if it is no longer in use.

1.5. Priority:

1.6. This will be a number 5 priority as it is not that important but it will help us gain customers who cate about the enivronement.

1.7. Source:

1.8. This will be a secondary source as searching for recycling centers can be found on websites and Google Maps.

2. What material will be the most cheap, lightweight as well as durable to keep the stand cheap and lightweight but also maintain high build quality at the same time?

2.1. Why?

2.2. When creating a mobile technology organizer, it is vital that the product is lightweight as that will help our target audience with neck pain as the product will be lighter. Also, considering the weight of the computer, the material needs to be durable but light enough to sustain the weight as sometimes the device can slip out of the organizer due to no grip or the organizer can break due to use of poor materials such as hard plastic or thin brittle wood . If there is no durability in the device holder, then the reviews will go down and if the device breaks, then the product was a waste of money thus less sales. By simply using a lightweight material which is durable, there can be much more sales even if it might cost more as the product's quality will be high.

2.3. How?

2.4. Firstly I will need to research the materials used to maintain durability. I will try to ask the teacher for any ideas and I will then search the Internet to make sure. There will a wide variety of material available which is why its important to find the one that matches all the requirements, it will also be important to choose the cheapest and lightest options so the target audience will be able to buy to properly use and also move the stand around without straining their neck. I will check various websites such as Amazon, Ikea, ACE and other hardware stores to find the material required.

2.5. Priority:

2.6. This will be a number 4 priority as using a lightweight, cheap, and durable material will help maintain customer satisfaction.

2.7. Source:

2.8. This will be a primary and secondary source because I will ask the teacher first and then check the internet. I will review the material by myself by checking on Amazon and going to hardware stores and finally purchasing it.

3. How can the products be efficiently improved using the CAD Software and if not, what software can?

3.1. Why?

3.2. During making the product, it is essential to have a software which can be reliable, easy to use, and works properly. By comparing softwares, I can find one that is suitable to my requirements for improving my product. CAD/CAM is also going to help me work more efficiently in a time saving manner that will help me in completing the project in a smarter and faster way. If i don't use the right software, my product won't be as enhanced as i would expect it to causing only minor improvements. Plus, it will also be a waste of time to not use CAD/CAM as creating it on my own will take me a long time to practice and then actually do. By using the software, I can have resources to help me such as YouTube videos which will improve my productivity thus improving the product.

3.3. How?

3.4. By looking at the negative reviews, I will be able to judge how to improve the product using the software CAD/CAM. Also, by looking at the technical listings of the software available, I will be able to judge whether they are effective and how they might be able to make a positive impact on my product. I will compare these various software’s in order to help me improve my design, therefore creating a product which has actually been enhanced. By watching tutorials, I will be able to get a idea of the software’s features as well as a simple learning on how to use it. Lastly, I would try using different techniques in order to make my product efficient by using a particular software.

3.5. Priority:

3.6. This will be the first priority as its vital to find the right software and start trying it out in order to get comfortable with it. This is the key in order to get the maximum potential out of the software.

3.7. Source:

3.8. This will be a secondary source because most likely I will gain most of this information from online however while working on CAD/CAM software, I could ask Mr.Colm the simple basis of the software and which one is the best one overall.

4. What technology holders will be included with the stand?

4.1. Why?

4.2. This is quite important when creating any type of organizer as its important to know what types of specification is required for the holders. If a product is created without taking the customer's feedback into consideration, then the product may have no use for the customer thus making less sales. By simply asking our customers, we can find out what is required for them and by implementing it will generate more sales for the product.

4.3. How:

4.4. I will interview the client by asking them 10 questions in order to find out which function is the most required for them. I will create a survey using Microsoft teams and send it to 10 people and create an average of the most chosen function which will allow me to pick the function most required. Also, the survey will only be sent to people within the age group of 10-25 and are suffering from the problems listed above.

4.5. Priority:

4.6. This will be a number 2 priority, as determining which technology organizers will be used is very important, because we can't proceed with anything else before deciding a base model of the organizer.

4.7. Source:

4.8. This source will be a primary source as its my clients.

5. Analyze 4 products

5.1. Why?

5.2. Analyzing 4 products is going to be critical as I can take inspiration from these products as we will learn technical features from analyzing them accurately. Each product would be different from one another and would inspire me to create my own product. Analyzing these 4 products will indirectly influence my product as I can learn from the negatives and take inspiration from the positives. The information obtained from analyzing these 4 products is going to be key informative source to creating my product. Not every product is perfect, I could also take down same negative points from my ACCESSFM and try to improve an that while creating my product, leading my product to be as perfect as it could be.

5.3. How?

5.4. I will first choose a range of 4 products which inspire a solution to the problem listed above. Then, I will analyze the product as this is key to understanding how the product is inspiring to solve the problem. I will be analyzing different aspects of these 4 products , for example, Aesthetics, Consumer, Environment, Function, Material, Size, and lastly Safety. I will then list the various aspects of the 4 products that I like and then try to incorporate these ideas into my own design. While im listing down the requirements, I will also have to note down the specifications required to create this product. I will then have to list at least 3 points under each category to accurately analyze this product.

5.5. Priority:

5.6. This will be a number 3 priority as it will help me improve my product by seeing the positives and negatives of similar existing products.

5.7. Source:

5.8. This will be a secondary source as there will be more researching and I won't interview anyone.
