1. Promoter

1.1. Tour promoters are individuals or companies who organise a concerts/ tours or special performances. Tour promoters make offers to particular artists, usually through music managers. The promoter and agent then decide on the live performance contract.

2. Producer

2.1. A record producer works along with music industry, their job is to help and manage the recording of an artist's music. A producer has many roles e.g. gathering ideas for the project, selecting songs and/or musicians, coaching the artist and musicians in the studio, controlling the recording sessions. Producers often take on responsibility for the budget and schedules. There are two different types of producers: executive producer and music producer; they have different roles. While an executive producer oversees a project's finances, a music producer oversees the creation of the music. The music producer is also a competent arranger, composer, musician or songwriter.

3. Record label is a brand and a trademark which is associated with the marketing of artists music. They are the developers of, musical talent globally. some of them are A&R (artist and repertoire) this is when they find new talent. Record labels help make the artists become recognized and help get their songs commercialized collect and pay the resulting royalties on their behalf. Labels help artists to be recognized by linking them to advertisements, movies, radios etc.

4. Talent manger

4.1. A music manager handles singers, bands, dj’s etc. A music manager can be hired by the artist or they could have discovered the artists. The manager's main job is to help with decisions related to bookings, promotion, recording contracts, etc. A music manager can take on many roles of the industry evolved around the artists.
