1.3.1. will reappear after user open browser and navigate to account screen directly(if session did not expire)
1.3.2. if session exipred and user login again , T&C reappar
1.4. Scrolling
1.4.1. user can scroll up and down to view all text
1.4.2. user can check the checkbox then scroll up again
1.5. Accept Checkbox
1.5.1. checkbox will be disabled by default
1.5.2. checkbox will get enabled only after user scrolls to the bottom
1.6. Decline
1.6.1. customer gets logged out automatically
1.6.2. user can login again and T&C will get displayed again
1.7. Accept
1.7.1. if user accept it gets saved properly in DB
1.7.2. T&C gets closed and accounts or preview page is not intractable
1.7.3. if user logout and login again T&C will not be displayed
1.7.4. accept button is disabled by default
1.7.5. it gets enabled only when Accept checkbox is ticked
1.7.6. if Accept checkbox is unchecked again ,Accept button gets disabled
