1. Alternative: I could go to sleep early and message my friends in the morning to see what I missed or I could stay up late and talk to my friends

1.1. Consequences: If I stay up late and talk to my friends, I will be super tired and wont be able to focus at school. If I go to sleep early, my friends might get mad at me for not talking to them.
